Bar Talks presented by Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia

Bar Talks, Hong Kong 2019

Before a long weekend of drinking, indulging and partying gets underway, sit down to laugh and learn at the opening event for The Bar Awards Singapore 2019. The featured keynote speaker at this edition of Bar Talks is Elliot Faber, who owns some of Hong Kong’s best F&B joints, including Yardbird, Ronin, and Sake Central. Join him as he shares how he built one of Hong Kong’s most respected F&B groups! Also featuring on the master class line-up is Adam Hrapko of the Zuma restaurant group, Sandeep Hathiramani of Tell Camellia (one of Hong Kong’s most anticipated cocktail bars of 2019); the rest of the afternoon will feature panel discussions on maintaining a successful bar business and overcoming the woes of human resources.

Bar Talks is happening on Thursday, 26 September 2019 at Fish Pool, The NCO Club, JW Marriott Singapore. Doors open at 2pm. Bar Talks is a free event with complimentary refreshments and snacks. Registrations are recommended here.

Give Back! Tito’s Charity Event

The restaurant’s bar will be hosting three of Asia’s best cocktail bartenders: Spencer Ezra of Mish Mash (winner of Bar of the Year – Penang in 2018), Adam Hrapko of Zuma Hong Kong, and Son Nguyen of Le Meridien Bangkok. They’ll be building, stirring, and shaking the most delicious Tito’s Handmade Vodka cocktails for you to enjoy. Best part? 50% of the proceeds from all Tito’s cocktails sold during the shift will be donated to a foundation designed to help kids with cancer in Singapore.

Give Back! Tito’s Charity Event is happening on Thursday, 26 September 2019 at Madame Fan (The NCO Club JW Marriott) from 6pm.
