Koji Nammoku has made a name for himself in the bartending world, becoming a semi-finalist in the DIAGEO World Class 2017 and having trained in New York and parts of Europe. As such, expect Western creativity and sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship intertwining with each other in his concoctions. Oh, and by the way, Nammoku is the Bar Manager of The Society in Park Hotel Tokyo, which holds the esteemed position of being the first bar in Japan to be recognised by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
